Pilates House Policies
Please review the following house policies before booking your appointment.
Discrimination
iQ Fitness & Graceful Movement Pilates has a zero tolerance policy for discrimination and harassment. This nondiscriminatory policy includes the expectation that all visitors abide by the following rules:
Arrival
Please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment in order to respect your trainer's time and the time of other clients. The room is reserved for only the hour that is booked for you. If you are late for your appointment, your appointment may be canceled at the discretion of your trainer. Workouts are programmed for the full hour of your reservation specifically for you.
Attire
IMPORTANT: Socks with gripping material on the bottom are required! If you do not have gripping socks, you may purchase a pair at the Studio. No one will be permitted to begin a Pilates workout without appropriate socks.

Pilates requires a wide range of movements, so non-confining, stretch material is encouraged for workout attire.
Parking
For now, please park in front of the building and enter through the front vestibule. If a space is not available, continue to the parking lot behind the building. Enter through the front vestibule.
Phones
Phone use is prohibited during the 50-minute workout session. Before and after your workout, you may use your phone if you wish to take photos. In the case of an emergency, notify your trainer before your session that you need to have your phone in reach.
Intake Forms
Upon scheduling your first appointment, you will be required to complete a couple of forms. At minimum, you will be required to submit a waiver of liability and a client intake form. This is for the protection of you, the Studio, and your trainer. No person will be allowed to partake in a workout session without completing these required forms.
